Because we’re truly local, we can be on-site quickly, carry out frequent inspections, and offer the kind of genuine, personal service that only comes from knowing the area inside out. Instead of a distant call centre, you get a responsive team that understands your buildings—and your city.
We specialise in managing residential apartment buildings across the Liverpool postcodes, taking care of everything from service charge collection to the daytoday running of each block. Our focus is on keeping every building safe, compliant, and well-maintained.
Because we only manage sites within a short distance of our office, we're never more than 30 minutes away from any property we look after. This local approach means we can attend quickly when needed and maintain a close understanding of each building.
All maintenance and repair jobs are carried out by trusted local contractors. Choosing local trades ensures competitive pricing, faster turnaround times, and supports other small businesses in the community.
We operate with a transparent, straightforward fee structure. Contractor invoices are passed on at cost-no added margins, no hidden extras. Leaseholders pay only what the contractor charges.
